Simple steps to join our cooperative

1. Fill out the membership application form.
2. Submit the necessary requirements:
   • 1 valid ID.
   • Birth certificate if single/live-in, marriage contract if married.
   • Barangay clearance.
   • Pay slip/remittance slip.
   • Electric and water bill.
   • 2 pcs. 2x2 pictures.
3. Pay the required membership fee of three hundred (P300.00) pesos, refundable in case of disapproval.
4. Attend the pre-membership seminar (PMES).
5. Upon approval, subscribe to a minimum of 10 shares at P100.00 par value (P1,000.00 total). Open a savings and prime deposit account with a minimum and maintaining balance of P100.00 each.
